The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is preparing to launch a new scheme for the sale of 2,000 residential plots near Noida International Airport during the Navratri festival. These plots, ranging from 120 square meters to 162 square meters, will be offered at an allotment rate of Rs 25,900 per square meter.
As reported by the Money Control, the smallest plot will cost approximately Rs 31.08 lakh, while the largest will be priced at around Rs 41.95 lakh.
This new scheme follows the success of previous residential plot launches. According to YEIDA CEO Arun Vir Singh, the authority’s earlier schemes received an overwhelming response, leading to the decision to offer more plots for buyers who could not secure one earlier. “We have planned to launch around 4,000 residential plots in total through our upcoming schemes,” Singh said. “These will be smaller plots, ideal for mid-income group buyers.”
Out of the total 4,000 plots, 2,000 will be launched during the Navratri festival. The residential plots will be located in sectors close to Noida International Airport, offering strategic proximity to key infrastructure. The registration process for the scheme with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) is already underway.
The plots will be allocated through a lucky draw system, ensuring equal opportunity for interested buyers. In a previous scheme launched in July 2024, YEIDA offered 361 residential plots in sectors 16, 18, 20, and 22D. The lucky draw for those plots is scheduled for October 10, 2024.
YEIDA’s earlier residential plot scheme, which closed on September 4, 2023, saw over 2.4 lakh registrations for 1,184 residential plots, reflecting the strong demand for land in the region.
