DRA Homes Secures Facilities Management Contract in Chennai

The Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru. M. K. Stalin recently inaugurated several projects in his Kolathur constituency including “Muthalvar Padaippagam,” one of his dream projects for the welfare of youngsters and women and handed over its facilities management contract to DRA Homes.

Ranjeeth Rathod, MD, DRA Homes received the contract certificate. The occasion was attended by Thiru. P. K. Sekar Babu, Minister of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Ms. R. Priya, Chennai Mayor, Ms. Kakarla Usha, Principal Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Department, and other dignitaries.

DRA Homes’ expertise in facilities management through its subsidiary company Truliv impressed CMDA, Chennai’s nodal planning body, to hand over integrated facilities management services of “Muthalvar Padaippagam” in Kolathur. For a one-year term the company has to ensure the facilities are managed good for smooth operations.

Speaking on the win Ranjeeth Rathod, MD, DRA Homes said “we are honoured and delighted to have been awarded the contract to manage the facilities of ‘Muthalvar Padaippagam,’ one of our CM’s great projects that helps to empower the women and youths. Our superior technology adaptability and experience in administering the facilities of our subsidiary brand Truliv co-living spaces helped to secure the contract. Our team of professionals will use their knowledge to make sure the mission is successful.”
