    Sector 44

    Sector 44 is one of Noida’s most upscale neighborhoods, offering a blend of opulence and convenience. Located near the Noida Golf Course and Sector 18, it is home to large bungalows, villas, and high-rise apartments, all designed to offer top-tier living.

    Property prices in Sector 44 start from Rs 50,000 per square foot, making it the most expensive residential area in Noida.

    Sector 47
