Whizdom Club: Thailand-Based MQDC Opens Co-Working Space In Delhi

 Co-working space is changing and growing at a fast pace. Joining to the segment is Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), a Thailand-based leading global real estate developer, which has launched its first co-working project Whizdom Club in New Delhi.

MQDC’s venture Whizdom Club is strategically located at Graeter Kailash-II in South Delhi with easy access to corporate and retail hubs as well as metro station. The space is spread across 22, 000 square feet and contains over 400 seats.

Companies in Thailand are bringing their supply chains to India in several forms like computer industry, automotive industry,” H.E. Chutintorn  Gongsakdi, Ambassador of Thailand to India said at the inauguration. “The launch of Whizdom Club in the co-working and real estate is also one such initiative. In 2-3 years they will move to real estate which is the business they do.”

The key USPs of Whizdom Club is that it breaks monotonous working environment with its beautiful and vibrant space with ergonomic furniture and dust-free interiors. Other amenities include Whiz Café, recreation lounges and monkey bars.

The place boasts of state-of-the-art technology and facilities like 3-D printer, digital flip board and movable furniture. The place also has a Whiz Den, where incubation partners and experts from the start-up ecosystem can ideate and exchange ideas and experiences, Whiz Kid and Whiz Live which is a training room to host events and workshops.

Whizdom Club offers workstations at different price points depending (Hot Desks, Dedicated desks or Private Cabins). In addition, certain facilities such as meeting rooms and events space can also be booked by both members and non- members alike.
