Greater Noida’s Housing Lottery Scheme Unveils 1,495 Flats & 77 Independent Houses.

    The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has recently introduced an exciting housing scheme that offers 1,495 built-up flats and 77 independent houses across eight sectors. According to officials familiar with the development, these properties are free from all encumbrances and are expected to garner a favorable response from potential buyers.

    The available flats are divided into three categories, with 354 units in the 1BHK category, 1,027 units in the 2BHK category, and 114 units in the 3BHK category. The sizes of the flats range from 29 square meters (sq m) to 158 sq m, while the independent houses measure 120 sq m. The pricing of the properties varies based on their size, floor, and location, with independent houses priced at Rs 73.41 lakh and flats ranging from Rs 10.17 lakh to Rs 83.85 lakh.

    As for the locations, the independent houses are situated in Greater Noida sectors XU-02 and XU-03. The 2BHK units can be found in sectors Omicron 1, Omicron 1A, and Eta2, while the 3BHK flats are located in S2 and Omicron 1. The 1BHK units are spread across sectors XU-03, MU-02, and Sector 12 in Greater Noida. These properties are strategically placed near educational institutions and hospitals, with excellent connectivity to Noida and Delhi via Metro and city bus services.

    Interested buyers have until August 31 to submit their applications, and the allotment will be done on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. The housing units are offered in various sizes, ranging from 1, 2, to 3 BHK configurations.

    To participate in the housing lottery scheme, applicants can visit the official website of the Greater Noida Authority, www.greaternoidaauthority.in, and download the application form and brochure. A processing fee of Rs 5,000 is required to access the application materials.

    For the registration of independent houses, the amount is set at Rs 7.5 lakh, while 3BHK flats require a registration fee ranging from Rs 5.2 lakh to Rs 8.4 lakh based on the size and floor. Similarly, the registration fee for 2BHK flats falls between Rs 3.6 lakh to Rs 6.4 lakh, and for 1BHK units, it ranges from Rs 1.3 lakh to Rs 2.8 lakh.
