ATS has emerged as the developer to be reckoned with in North India by clocking sales worth 1000 crore in a 3 months’ time frame from May to August, 2018. Claiming to be another feather in the cap, ATS’s subsidiary Homekraft has launched its maiden project Happy Trails in Greater Noida West, UP recently.
The size of the project is 8.6 acres, will have 17 lacs sq. ft. saleable area with 80% green area development and excellent connectivity in sector 10, Noida Extension. Since its launch the housing project has received a phenomenal response from the buyers, also reaching a record milestone of sorts to be able to sell 250+ apartments in a single day in the first phase.
With the festive Navratri season, the customers will have the opportunity to buy the apartments with exclusive offers that are for a limited period only till 18th.Oct, 2018. ATS’s Homekraft is also inviting prospective buyers to the site of Happy Trails to be a part of this celebration while exploring the homes that will be reflecting happiness. The events will have games and entertainment, food and snacks and a play zone for the kids to be occupied with while the prospective customers can know more about the project while interacting with the Sales personnel.
Happy Trails has been registered in UP RERA and the registration number is UPRERAPRJ15574. The project cost is upwards of Rs. 594 crore. It will have 1239 dwelling units (416-2BHK and 823-2BHK) and promises to be an entire ecosystem with club houses and 24 commercial shops. The project is to be delivered by 30th. April, 2025, as per the details submitted in the UP RERA. However the company expects it to be delivered by 2022.
There are 59 agents registered to sell this project and according to some of them, this is the first time that a reputed builder has entered the Noida Extension market. The land owning company, Shridhara Infratech Pvt. Ltd. has been funded by India Infoline; however the project is carried out under the brand name of Homekraft which is positioned as a brand of ATS dedicated to develop world-class affordable and mid income homes while retaining the essence of what makes homes livable. Keeping in lines with this mission, Homekraft has also introduced a tower with smart homes features.
Eyeing the demand in the affordable and mid segment HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund has also acquired a minority stake in Homekraft, which ensures availability of cash flows going forward. Homekraft is projected to sell of 5000 to 6000 units in the coming 3- 5 years with resulting revenue of UDS 600 to 700 million.
