    Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bid for the Commercial Development of a vacant land parcel located north of the railway station at Miraj, Maharashtra. Plot is located near Chandanwadi, adjacent to Richardson leprosy hospital along Sangli Miraj Main Road.

    The land parcel to be leased has an approximate area of 5500.00 Sqm and has a reserve price of Rs 8.60 crore. The land will be leased for 99 years. The Built-up area is approximately 8800 Sqm considering FSI of 1.60
