Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for the Grant of Lease for commercial development of Railway Land at Bhadau Colony, Varanasi under Lucknow Division of Northern Railway.
The total land area to be leased to the developer is 10,834.97 Sqm. The land will be leased for 60 years with a reserve price of INR 99.5 crore. The Floor Area Ratio (FAR) offered and FAR permissible is 2.0.

- The site is situated in Bhadau, within the Varanasi Division of Northern Railway. It is strategically located along the Mirzapur – Varanasi Road. This site, formerly an old railway colony, is in close proximity to Varanasi City and Kashi Railway Stations. Positioned approximately 1 km from the western bank of the River Ganga, it lies within the vibrant city of Varanasi.
- The site is bounded by residential colonies in the North & West, on the east by the Mirzapur Varanasi Road and in the South by the Kashi Railway station.
