Brigade Launches Brigade Sanctuary – New 1,275-Unit Housing Project in Bengaluru

    Brigade Enterprises, a real estate company, announced its latest venture, Brigade Sanctuary, a residential project sprawled across 14 acres in Bengaluru. This development, situated on the Whitefield-Sarjapur Road, will feature 1,275 housing units and is estimated to generate approximately Rs 2,000 crore in revenue.

    MD Pavitra Shankar of Brigade Group highlighted the increasing demand for high-quality residences in Bengaluru, especially among millennials, emphasizing the allure of community living. The project’s focus includes preserving nature, with plans to safeguard over 500 trees within the development area.

    Established in 1986, Brigade has a rich history of creating diverse real estate projects across South Indian cities such as Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi. Their portfolio spans residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and education sectors, encompassing over 275 buildings and 80 million square feet of developed space.
