The CRC Group announced on Nov 6 that it will invest ₹525 crore in the development of an ultra-luxury residential project in Greater Noida West, also known as Noida Extension.
As published by the Hindustan Times, the project, named CRC Maesta, will span approximately 3.65 acres and include 358 premium units across five high-rise towers.
Located in Sector 1, the project will feature a mix of 3 and 4 BHK apartments, with sizes ranging from 1,720 to 2,650 square feet and prices starting at ₹2.25 crore. Designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, the towers will stand 29, 30, and 32 stories tall.
“The total investment of ₹525 crore includes land costs and will be primarily financed through internal accruals,” said CRC Group founder and CEO Kunal Bhalla. He added that the project’s ground-breaking ceremony is scheduled for November 9, and delivery is expected within 42 months. This marks the company’s fifth real estate venture.
Salil Kumar, director of marketing and business management at CRC Group, highlighted that CRC Maesta is a strategic move into the ultra-luxury segment, aimed at upscale buyers. The project is situated minutes away from Noida’s key sectors 78 and 79, as well as a proposed metro station, offering strong connectivity to major commercial and social hubs.
CRC Group, based in Noida, has completed two other residential projects in Haridwar and Greater Noida West, comprising over 1,100 units. The company currently has two additional projects under construction.
