Eros Group, a prominent real estate developer, is eyeing approximately Rs 900 crore in revenue from its newly launched housing project ‘Eros Sampoornam 3’ in Greater Noida West, driven by a surge in demand for premium residential properties.
As reported by the Business Standard, the project, spread across 5.5 acres, will consist of 726 units and is expected to be completed by 2028. Initially, the company has made available 318 units across five towers, of which around 180 units, worth Rs 250 crore, have already been sold.
“The early sales success reflects the trust and confidence that homebuyers have in our brand,” said Avneesh Sood, Director of Eros Group, underscoring the project’s strong reception.
The company official further stated that the total sales realization from the entire 726 units is projected to be around Rs 900 crore. The carpet area of the flats ranges between 531.63 square feet and 1,068.67 square feet.
Eros Group has a proven track record in Greater Noida West, having already completed its 12.5-acre housing project ‘Sampoornam,’ which features 1,768 units. The company plans to soon offer possession for ‘Sampoornam 1,’ which includes 258 flats and 90 commercial shops, while the delivery of ‘Sampoornam 2’ is scheduled for September 2025.
In addition to real estate, Eros Group is involved in the hospitality and entertainment industries.
The housing market has seen a sharp recovery in major cities across India post-pandemic, fueling strong demand for both residential and commercial properties.
