Godrej Properties Acquires 46-Acre Land Parcel in Indore

    Godrej Properties Ltd has announced its acquisition of a 46-acre land parcel in Indore, with plans to develop residential plotted units.

    As reported by the Hindustan Times, the site is expected to offer around 1.16 million square feet of saleable area, according to a regulatory filing.

    The land is strategically positioned along the Indore-Ujjain Road, an upcoming major corridor in Indore that is set to be widened into a six-lane highway. This corridor is expected to be a vital residential and commercial zone in the city.

    The property’s location provides several connectivity advantages:

    • Indore International Airport: Facilitates air travel.
    • Indore Junction Railway Station: Enhances rail connectivity.
    • Educational Institutions: Near various schools and colleges.
    • Medical Facilities: Close to important healthcare services.

    The area also benefits from the proposed expansion of Metro lines and ongoing infrastructure development, which are likely to spur growth in the local residential real estate market.

    Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed enthusiasm about the new project.
