Godrej Properties, a leading real estate developer, has achieved a significant milestone by selling approximately 670 homes with a total value exceeding Rs 2,000 crore in its latest project, Godrej Tropical Isle, located in Sector 146, Noida. This remarkable achievement comes within a short span since the project’s launch in August 2023, just nine months after the acquisition of land through an e-auction conducted by the Noida Authority in November 2022.
According to a regulatory filing by the company, this launch stands out as the most successful in Godrej Properties’ history, both in terms of sales volume and value. Sector 146 in Noida is emerging as a prominent residential hub, offering residents access to high-quality social infrastructure and proximity to key commercial centers such as Noida SEZ, entertainment hubs, and Film City. Furthermore, it boasts excellent connectivity to major transportation hubs, including the Indira Gandhi International Airport and the upcoming Jewar Airport, as well as easy access to the metro station and three major expressways: Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, and the forthcoming FNG Expressway.
