Greater Noida: Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd (IITGNL), established under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) plan, has unveiled new schemes for three group housing plots and two commercial plots. This marks the first foray of IITGNL into the group housing and commercial sectors, having previously focused on industrial plot schemes within the township.
Interested parties can apply for these schemes starting from June 16, with the registration deadline set for July 7. The potential revenue generated from these schemes is estimated to exceed Rs 720 crore. Situated near the Bodaki railway station in Greater Noida, IITGNL covers a sprawling 750-acre area.
According to Amandeep Duli, Executive Director of IITGNL, the three group housing plots have sizes of 19,503 square meters (sqm), 34,247 sqm, and 56,329 sqm, respectively. The combined reserve price for these plots is approximately Rs 473 crore. In addition, the two commercial plots measure 10,800 sqm and 23,530 sqm, with a cumulative reserve price of around Rs 247 crore. Overall, IITGNL is targeting a revenue of over Rs 720 crore.
Ritu Maheshwari, Managing Director of IITGNL, highlighted the high demand from potential buyers as the driving force behind the launch of these schemes. Maheshwari stated that all plots have been fully developed and will be allocated to the highest bidders through e-auction only. Successful applicants will receive possession of their plots within a month.
Interested individuals can register and submit the required fee through the Bank of Baroda portal, link here. Additionally, the brochure containing detailed information about the schemes can be downloaded from the IITGNL website.
IITGNL is a joint venture between DMIC and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). The township is designed as a smart city equipped with plug-and-play infrastructure and an automatic solid waste management system. Several companies, including Haier Electronics, Forme Mobiles, Satkriti Infotainment, and J World Electronics, have already established their units in the township, according to officials.
