NOIDA, India — Real estate developer M3M India has acquired a 24,000-square-meter plot along the Noida Expressway for ₹400 crore under the Noida Authority’s auction scheme, as published by Hindustan Times.
The Gurugram-based company announced the purchase in a statement Tuesday, marking its third project in the region.
With this acquisition, M3M’s cumulative investment in Noida has reached ₹9,000 crore, the company said, adding that the projected sales potential from its Noida projects is estimated to exceed ₹12,500 crore.
“Noida is rapidly emerging as a major hub for real estate development. Through these investments, we are delivering on commitments made during the Uttar Pradesh Global Investors Summit 2023 by driving economic growth, generating employment, and enhancing infrastructure,” said Pankaj Bansal, director of M3M India.
M3M currently has 6 million square feet under development in Noida. The latest acquisition will increase the company’s total development footprint in the region to 7.5 million square feet.
The project is expected to create around 15,000 jobs across sectors such as construction, logistics, contracting, and supply, further contributing to the local economy.
M3M India is part of a growing wave of developers betting big on Noida, which has been positioning itself as a destination for large-scale infrastructure projects and real estate development.
