Real estate firm Nirala World has purchased a 2.5-acre land parcel in Greater Noida West for Rs 175 crore to develop an 8 lakh square feet commercial project aimed at meeting the growing demand for office and retail spaces, as published by The Economic Times.
The company secured the land through an auction conducted by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). The plot, spanning 10,400 square meters, was won by Nirala World as part of its strategic expansion in the Delhi-NCR region.
Suresh Garg, Chairman and Managing Director of Nirala World, confirmed the acquisition, stating, “We recently purchased a land parcel in Greater Noida West through an auction process.” The company plans to develop its second commercial project on this site, which will include a mix of retail spaces, a high street, a food court, a multiplex, and office spaces, with a total development potential of 7.87 lakh square feet.
In October 2024, Nirala World had also acquired a 2.6-acre parcel in Sector 10, Greater Noida West, to launch its first commercial project. The company has indicated it will continue to explore land acquisition opportunities across Delhi-NCR and is also eyeing the Gurugram commercial and residential markets.
In addition to its commercial ventures, Nirala World is developing “Nirala Trio,” a luxury residential project in Sector 2, Greater Noida West, comprising 400 units. Forty percent of these units have already been sold.
Furthermore, the company has a 25-acre residential development, Nirala Estate, in Greater Noida West, which includes 4,050 homes. Of these, 3,600 units have been handed over to buyers, and the final 450 units are set for delivery soon.
