Noida Authority is seeking applications for 14 commercial builder plots situated in various sectors throughout the city, officials announced on Monday (20).
The deadline for registration is March 13, 2023, and allotment will be determined through e-auctions.
Under the scheme, plot will range from 871 sq m to 51,417 sq m across 10 different sectors- Sector 32, 35, 40, 50, 94, 96, 108, 124, 132, and Sector 135, Money Control reported citing a statement of Noida Authority.
Officials said the e-auction will be conducted only after each plot gets a minimum of three applications. In case the authority does not receive the anticipated response, the scheme will be rolled over for seven days.
Alongside this, Noida Authority has also launched another scheme for selling its 19 commercial built-up properties in Sector 105. Under the scheme, people can buy commercial space for shops, restaurants and departmental stores at the Noida Authority’s commercial shopping centre situated in Sector 105. Last date here is also March 13.
The news comes days after Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) hiked the land allotment rates by 33 to 40 per cent for different categories of plots as demand for land soars in the region owing to the upcoming Noida international greenfield airport in Jewar.
The land rates have been hiked for all segments, including residential, industrial and commercial, officials said.
The YEIDA officials said they have also hiked the land acquisition rates from ₹2,300 per sqm to ₹3,100 per sqm, after heeding demands of farmers whose land is set to be acquired for the new and upcoming phases of the expressway.
