Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for the leasing of office spaces at the Operational Building of the Safdarjung Railway Station, Delhi. The location is situated under the Delhi Division of the Northern Railway Zone.
The office space to be leased out consists of 8871 sqm on the First & Second floors of the Operational Building of the Safdarjung Railway Station, Delhi. They consist of 4297 Sqm on the First Floor and 4574 Sqm on the Second Floor. The office spaces will be leased for 60 years and have a reserve price of Rs. 153.10 crore for the First Floor and Rs. 162. 97 crores for the second floor.
