SKA Group Launches Ultra-Luxury Housing Project in Wave City

The SKA Group has launched its ultra-luxury housing project, SKA Divine, in Wave City, Ghaziabad. With an investment of Rs 150 crore, the project is expected to generate a topline revenue of Rs 900 crore, as published by Financial Express.

Located along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, the development spans approximately 5 acres. It will feature 536 premium apartments across 27 floors in three towers, designed to offer a seamless blend of luxury and serenity.

Starting at Rs 1.5 crore, the project offers a variety of luxurious living spaces, including 3 BHK, 3+ BHK, and 4+ BHK apartments, tailored to meet the needs of modern families.

SKA Divine will be equipped with premium amenities such as dedicated EV charging stations, a grand double-height lobby, and both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. It will also include a kids’ play area and serene prayer spaces, ensuring a well-rounded and comfortable lifestyle for its residents.

Sanjay Sharma, Director of SKA Group, explained the growing demand for luxury homes in the NCR region, particularly in Ghaziabad. “The increasing demand for luxury homes in this area reflects a significant shift in buyer preferences. Discerning buyers are now looking for a lifestyle that combines opulence, comfort, and connectivity. SKA Divine is our answer to this evolving aspiration,” he said.

The project is set in lush green surroundings, offering two-sided super green views, ensuring that residents experience tranquility amidst nature.
