UP RERA Launches ‘Performance Report 2020’ Highlighting Major Milestones From Past Year

    The Performance Report 2020 by U.P. RERA is out. The report consists of the current initiatives, achievements and best practices adopted by the authority for effective implementation of provisions of the RERA Act 2016 in the state.

    The report will be exclusively available on U.P. RERA’s official website i.e. www.up-rera.in in a short span of time. 

    The Performance Report 2020 provides an overview of the UP RERA’s journey, highlights its key achievements and reflects on some of the major milestones till now. 

    This e-report covers the current and new activities and practices adopted in areas of IT initiatives such as mobile application for site inspections, introduction of revolutionary e-courts with the added feature of Virtual Court Hearing since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the innovative outreach and awareness initiatives such as Virtual workshops and RERA Samvaad, the dispute resolution via Conciliation Forums, rehabilitation of projects and key highlights of the 1st National RERA Conclave

    A project-wise compilation of vital information like the project registration details, facts pertaining to towers and project progress, etc. is included as a part of this report. 

    Launching the report, Shri Rajive Kumar, Chairman, UP RERA said, “The report would serve as a ready directory of the projects registered with U.P RERA providing a snapshot for the project status for reference.

    The report also outlines the way forward and road map for U.P. RERA mentioning the upcoming initiatives such as regulation of the real estate projects and monitoring of separate accounts of the projects, adjudication of complaints, execution of orders, constructive interface with all stakeholders and many more. The book would also serve as a knowledge-sharing platform for all the regulatory authorities.”
