NOIDA — The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has successfully auctioned four hotel plots near the Noida International Airport, securing bids significantly above the reserve prices. The plots, located in Sector 29, range from 3,400 to 4,000 square meters.

The highest bid of ₹31 crore was placed for a 4,000-sqm plot, awarded to Equasocio Digital Technologies, which exceeded its reserve price of ₹26 crore by at least ₹5 crore, officials confirmed, as published by The Economic Times.

Two 3,400-sqm plots were auctioned for ₹23 crore each, surpassing their reserve prices of ₹22 crore. These plots were allotted to Balaji Enterprises and Ranchor Infra Developers. Net2Source Consulting emerged as the highest bidder for another 3,400-sqm plot, securing it for ₹29 crore, well above its reserve price of ₹23 crore.

The total revenue generated from the sale of these hotel plots amounted to ₹106 crore, about 12% more than the expected ₹94 crore. YEIDA anticipates a total investment exceeding ₹200 crore in these projects.

In addition to the hotel plots, YEIDA also allocated a 2,100-sqm plot for a fuel station in Sector 18 to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd for ₹12.2 crore.

The e-auctions for both the hotel plot and fuel station schemes took place on Thursday. The hotel plot scheme, launched in December 2024, offers 12 plots ranging from 3,100 sqm to 20,000 sqm. The fuel station plot scheme, introduced in November 2024, includes two plots, one of 2,100 sqm and the other of 1,600 sqm.
